We're seeking a creative and versatile Brand & Creative Manager to join our growing team at Esper. In this role, you'll help shape our brand voice, create compelling content, and develop innovative marketing initiatives that resonate with our audience. You will be working out of our Darwin office with our Melbourne teams as well as our Darwin based Mineral Exploration teams. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels Write engaging copy for website, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials Design and manage merchandise production, from concept to delivery Create graphical assets for marketing materials, social media, and promotional content Generate and pitch new marketing ideas and initiatives Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels Collaborate with team members to align marketing efforts with company goals Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field Strong portfolio demonstrating copywriting and design skills Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with social media management and content creation Basic understanding of marketing principles and brand development Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Experience with merchandise design and production Knowledge of email marketing platforms and analytics tools Background in tech industry communications Understanding of B2B marketing Experience with content management systems Why Join Esper?
