Department: Children's Services (OSHC & ELC) Type: Casual Posted: 31 January 2025 Closes: 27 February 2025 THE ROLE YMCA of South Australia is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Care Officers to join our dynamic team at the Whyalla Recreation Centre. As the first point of contact for our members and guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience that reflects our commitment to community and service excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including cash handling, operating the POS system, managing telephone inquiries, providing facility tours, and offering detailed information about programs and memberships. You will also assist with membership sales and respond to any inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your ability to multi-task and think on your feet will be essential as you navigate a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, approachable, and helpful demeanor. The expected hours are 9:30am - 2:30pm Monday - Friday; however, these can vary based on operational requirements and the individual.
