We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands, seeking a full-time Customer Relations & Admissions Officer. About the role Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity. Job Role Manage the occupancy and admissions process (including Room Tours) for new residents while ensuring a positive experience for all involved. Coordinate associated intake procedures, administration and data entry. Serve as the primary contact and maintain communication with residents, families and staff to facilitate a smooth transition for the initial 6-week period. Maintain a referral network with healthcare providers, hospitals, community organisations and other organisations to ensure a steady stream of referrals to the facility. Provide resident support to ensure that their needs are being met and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Assist with HR matters. Provide reception coverage when required. To be successful, you must: Have previous experience in a similar role. Possess a sympathetic and warm disposition. Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Maintain strong confidentiality and adhere to the Privacy Act. Hold a current Police Check.
