Due to strong growth, Superior Engineering is looking for a Customer Relations and Admin Officer to join their team at their headquarters in Burpengary, North Brisbane, QLD (roughly 1hr north of Brisbane City). The Company Superior Engineering has become one of the best known, premium 4X4 accessories and 4WD suspension parts manufacturers and suppliers in Australia. We manufacture and supply a huge range of 4X4 products, accessories and suspension parts for almost every type of four wheel drive vehicle on the market. The Role Superior Engineering is seeking an Experienced Customer Relations / Admin Officer. The position is based at Burpengary. Duties will include, but are not limited to: answering customer enquiries and responding to emails, following up status of orders/products and communicating this to customers, following up manufacturing timelines, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers and freight companies, and supporting the sales staff. Key Responsibilities Experience in the following is a MUST: intermediate Word, Excel & Outlook skills, excellent computer skills, 4WD parts and accessories knowledge is an advantage, manufacturing processes and timeline experience is an advantage, and customer service skills (phone and face to face). The successful applicant must be capable of working under pressure in a high-paced environment, multi-tasking, and delivering exceptional customer service. They should be organized, confident, and willing to go the extra mile to keep our customers happy. About You The successful applicant will ideally have a minimum of 2 years in a similar role, a strong understanding of customer requirements, good manners, and the ability to quickly learn our EMS computer program. This is a Permanent Full-Time position except for a 6-month probation period (which may be extended). The Application Normal working hours are Monday to Friday from 7.00 am to 4.30 pm (may be negotiated for the right person), which includes overtime hours and penalty rates. Saturdays are on a request-only basis from 8 am to 12 pm, and they are paid at overtime rates. The position is available to start immediately, but this is not a requirement depending on the successful applicant, who must also have their own transport.
