Customer Service & Administration Officer $60k-$65k + super Full-time permanent role Monday to Friday hours (8.30am to 4.30pm) Day off on your birthday Opportunity for training and development Great working conditions and fantastic team environment where you will feel valued and supported Our client is a leading supplier of essential products to the corporate, industrial and health sectors. They are well known for their quality service, extensive product range and competitive pricing. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity is available for a highly motivated Customer Service & Administration Officer to join their thriving team. Within this role you will support B2B customers in relation to general enquiries, orders, invoicing and warranty needs. You will have a strong sense of priority, a positive attitude and be willing to operate with minimal supervision. The role: Assist customers with enquiries in relation to sales, orders, invoicing and delivery within a timely manner via phone or email. Manage client expectations ensuring client and internal deadlines are met. Prompt escalation of any issues. Proactively process bookings, client online registrations, invoicing, credits and warranty claims. General office administration support. Ensure that courteous and prompt service is provided to all customer inquiries. What we’re looking for: Experience within a similar fast paced role. Ability to work to strict deadlines. Dedication and commitment to your role and customer experience. Strong time management and organisational skills. Highly motivated, flexible with a solid work ethic and positive attitude. Able to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Accurate attention to detail. A positive can-do attitude. Competency with Microsoft package and Hubspot (favourable).
