Our client, Aqwest, based in Bunbury, is experiencing an exciting period of growth with several new projects underway. Aqwest provides high-quality drinking water to over 35,000 customers across the Greater Bunbury area and is dedicated to delivering sustainable services that consistently meet or exceed customer expectations. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join the team as a Customer Service Officer (Accounts), where you will play a key role in supporting the organisation through: Delivering professional and welcoming front-desk reception services to customers and visitors. Accurately recording, maintaining, and reporting customer information and inquiries. Effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. Responding to a variety of inquiries related to water accounts and billing matters. About You To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in customer service within small to medium-sized organisations. A positive, friendly personality with strong communication and organisational skills is essential. Proficiency in computer applications is required, and experience with CRM systems or databases will be highly regarded.
