We’re seeking a dedicated individual to play a pivotal role within our National Key Accounts Team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide top-tier administrative support to both our key national customers and the National Accounts team. Your role will be essential in driving customer retention and supporting ACP’s growth strategy. You’ll be the key liaison, ensuring seamless communication and support between our Key Accounts Team, State Teams, and Central Processing Units (CPU). Collaborating closely with Key Account Consultants, you’ll have the chance to work across a wide range of industries, including childcare, aged care, hospitality, security, and infrastructure, among others! About you Driven, motivated, and passionate professional with a background in administration, sales support, or customer service Excellent phone manner when dealing with internal and external customers Proven experience in meeting set KPIs and customer service standards Ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change Capable of meeting the requirements of a high-volume environment and meeting competing demands Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail Ability to understand and interpret applicable guidelines from a Commonwealth and State perspective High level of computer literacy is desirable Previous experience within an Australian Apprenticeship Support Service (AASS) environment would be highly desirable Previous experience within a Support Services environment would be highly desirable MEGT is committed to providing services that protect and keep children, young people, and adults at risk free from harm as we have zero tolerance of racism, discrimination, harm, or abuse.
