Job Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform (D365 CE) Enterprise Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the D365 CE platform and possess a strong technical background, coupled with strategic and architectural skills to drive successful digital transformations. You will play a key role in designing, supporting, and implementing solutions that meet our business needs. Please note: This role is a 12 month fixed-term opportunity. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks and models.• Design scalable, secure, and robust architecture solutions that meet business requirements.• Ensure alignment between business goals, IT strategy, and technological infrastructure.• Work with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions.• Facilitate discussions to ensure consensus and alignment on architecture decisions• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to fit business needs and requirements• Recommend and select appropriate technologies and tools to support enterprise goals which is in alignment with RACP Architectural Principals and Technology Roadmap.• Provide technical leadership and guidance to various project teams throughout the project lifecycle.• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with architectural standards and best practices.• Establish and enforce governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for D365 projects. Desired Skills and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft D365 CE and Power Platform solutions.• Proven track record as a solution architect or technical lead in large-scale CRM projects.• Deep understanding of the D365 CE platform, including modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).• Experience with Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.• Strong knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.• Familiarity with common CRM integration patterns and technologies• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesTo apply for the role, please submit your CV and Cover LetterFor more information, email #J-18808-Ljbffr
