To learn more visit: this opportunity In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of enhancing our operating model and delivering strategic outcomes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including Product Owners, Value Stream Leads, Technology, Finance, and Risk partners, to create and embed a comprehensive Delivery Assurance Framework.Your expertise will be crucial in conducting delivery health checks, providing actionable feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on our members and the organisation by translating strategic objectives into successful outcomes.In this role, you will: Define, embed, and continuously refine a comprehensive Delivery Assurance Framework, ensuring it remains relevant and effective in a changing environment Monitor the implementation of the Delivery Assurance Framework, ensuring it is practically applied, consistently, and effectively Conduct independent, data-driven, and objective assessments of initiatives and delivery processes across Value Streams and the wider Enterprise Proactively identify potential risks and inefficiencies within delivery, initiate timely interventions to mitigate identified risks, and engage with Line 1 and Line 2 Risk & Compliance to manage and resolve these risks Develop pragmatic, targeted recommendations tailored to the unique needs and challenges of each squad, initiative, and/or value stream, aimed at enabling effective delivery and optimising delivery outcomes How do you exceed our expectations? You will bring a wealth of experience in agile organisations and decentralised delivery models. Your hands-on delivery experience, coupled with a proven track record in developing and embedding fit-for-purpose assurance frameworks, will be essential to this role.In addition, you will have:Hands-on delivery experience with tangible results in both business and technology projects Track record in developing and embedding fit-for-purpose assurance frameworks, focusing on pragmatic recommendations and continuous improvement Experience engaging with senior leadership, confidently delivering candid and independent feedback and reports Ability to conduct independent and objective assessments of delivery setups or health across various initiatives Experience in designing and implementing clear, actionable guidelines and standards for delivery assurance practices Employee experience We're passionate about providing an employee experience that is full of opportunity for our people to develop and grow in their careers.
