Job Description

Do work that matters: As a Delivery Coach Chief Operations Office , you will play an integral part in contributing to the ongoing transformation within CommBank and drive exceptional outcomes for our customers and our people. You will be pivotal in upholding a standard of excellence across the coaching capability within the Chief Operations Office. You will be an experienced and passionate agile coach enabling best practice across the Group. You will be responsible for partnering with leaders and teams to develop and implement their agile practices, develop their understanding of agile values and instil a culture of continuous improvement and learning. As a Delivery Coach you will be responsible for establishing coaching agreements and plans with your business sponsors, focusing on initiatives enabling our strategic priorities resulting in a brighter future for all. You are good at: Championing the drive for quality customer outcomes and Group results. Helping uplift maturity in our ways of working through partnering with the Group Delivery Coaching Practice. Expert facilitating skills and adapting in the moment; thriving in ambiguity. Providing meaningful feedback resulting in ongoing change and continuous growth. Building rapport and relationships across all levels of organisation and delivering with confidence. Inspiring a growth mindset through strong influencing, development and coaching. Building trust and have the ability to empower people and influence the outcome. Leveraging a metrics driven approach to governance, escalation and reporting. Building trusted relationships with your team members and stakeholders and developing others through focused mentoring and coaching. We are interested in hearing from people who have: Direct experience coaching, teaching, mentoring and facilitating at a team to executive level. Possess fundamental coaching accreditations (e.g. ICP-ATF Agile Team Facilitation and ICP-ACC Agile Coaching) along with certifications relating to agile and product principles such as Lean/SixSigma/SAFe/Kanban/Scrum.org. Influenced leadership as a trusted ally of the coaching community aligning with the needs of the Group and leadership objectives. Experience in coaching at scale and transforming individuals and large teams across the Group. Enabled performance and continuous improvement of teams through support in realisation of KPIs and ultimately OKRs ensuring accurate reporting and governance activities. Experience in balancing operational rigour, governance and adaptability within an agile organisation and ensure all processes are compliant with regulations and practices.
