Job Description About the role Are you looking at developing your career and gaining an understanding of how a Delivery Lead supports the team and our business? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time secondment until June 2026 as an IT Delivery Lead – Private Health Insurance leading a small team as we continue to deliver on business needs. You will play a pivotal role in leading the effective planning and successful delivery of technology change across both projects and BAU work streams. You will encourage, enable, and energize to ensure cross-functional teams and team members can reach their full potential. Desired Skills and Experience About you As the ideal candidate, you’ll need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience working in business analysis or software delivery roles. Deep experience in the application of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. IT Service Management experience including incident, problem, and change management. Demonstrated experience in change implementation, with a proven ability to take a holistic view of an end-to-end process or solution. Experience in managing complex projects in a dynamic and at times ambiguous environment. Experience in managing and leading teams and developing/coaching individuals. Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and ability to think laterally. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Highly developed organisational skills and attention to detail. The following skills are also highly desirable: Certified ScrumMaster certification or similar.
