The Role You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Optimisation team responsible for driving key transformation, process and system implementations, quality controls and assurance. You will be part of a specialist team of initiative delivery professionals within Operations. Key responsibilities (not limited to): Identifying and prioritising valuable business improvement opportunities then delivering them from start to finish Management of multiple initiatives simultaneously across a variety of stakeholder groups Working with supporting teams to drive the development of change, communications and learning practices to ensure strong embedment of change Identifying and managing key project and delivery risks to ensure customer obligations are met, ensuring quality outcomes are delivered on time and within budget Providing coaching and mentoring to the initiative specialists, and also assisting the specialists with any escalation This role is open to candidates Australia wide. For Sydney or Perth based candidates, there will be a requirement to attend the office once per month or as needed for team collaboration and events. Your knowledge & experience Demonstrated experience in managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a proven track record of delivering initiatives across a variety of stakeholder groups Experience with project management software tools, such as Azure DevOps, JIRA or Microsoft suite Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not essential Working at Hollard At Hollard you will be part of a supportive, valued and committed team.
