Delivery & Change Lead (HR Consumer & CCS) Sydney, NSW, Australia Job Description Permanent Sydney I Hybrid Multi-layered role calling for ideas’ contribution, planning and delivery! How will I help? You will join a newly created team in Consumer & CCS, established to deliver end-to-end program activities across Workforce Transformation. As a level 4 role, reporting to the Head of Workforce Transformation, Consumer & CCS, you will use your seasoned operational program management skills to engage with stakeholders across the Consumer Division (including BCM, risk, finance, legal & technology & all workforce stream leads) to contribute to the building out, delivery through to execution of a large program of work. This will include all stages of the project lifecycle, drawing on your project management disciplines, frameworks, processes and tools to achieve the project goal of delivery on time, and within agreed budgets and scope. Managing and balancing competing priorities will be one of your top superpowers, and you will draw on this to ensure program risks or issues are raised early and expectations are managed. You will use your natural curiosity, ability to engage and influence to manage program dependencies or interdependencies across the lifecycle of the program through design, implementation and embedment. You will bring significant experience leading the delivery of transformation or change programs end to end. Strong communication skills are essential, and this includes the ability to present information and communicate with impact. You will demonstrate a track record of contributing and delivering projects with a history of positive outcomes. Stakeholder management, and the ability to build trusted relationships with a breadth of divisions across the enterprise is important, including vendor management. Experience with Westpac Group standard GTO Transformation Delivery standards is essential, and a passion for HR cultural change initiatives will be an added bonus to your core skills.
