Job Opportunity We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Depot Manager to lead the team at our Port Pirie Depot. This full-time position is a key leadership role within our regional operations team responsible for managing and driving the operational performance of the Port Pirie Depot. Our ideal candidate can effectively build trust and strong working relationships with their direct team and the broader Cochrane’s business and customer base. About You We are seeking someone with proven experience in the Transport and Logistics industry, who demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and consistently applies a leadership approach focused on continuous improvement, driving the ongoing optimization of productivity, cost management, and operational performance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide clear, concise instructions, feedback, and directions. Dedicated to supporting team members, aligning performance with operational goals, and fostering a culture of accountability, mutual respect, and continuous growth to drive success. Sound problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Physically fit, with the capability to work under pressure and efficiently manage competing priorities and operational demands in a fast-paced environment. Technologically savvy with proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite of Programs and scanning technology. Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics Management (or equivalent experience) (Desirable).
