The Grade 1 Dietitian delivers dietetics services across hospital, admitted programs, residential aged care and community-based settings, to both individuals and groups. Additionally, the Grade 1 Dietitian may be required to contribute to the development and delivery of community programs, be involved in the implementation of relevant food service and nutrition standards, or other duties as discussed with their manager to ensure appropriate provision of dietetics services across the organisation. This role works in close collaboration with a range of health professionals and other community-based service providers to deliver the best outcomes for the client, their family and carers.
