Acquisition Manager | Performance Marketing Hustle Talent is excited to partner with a leading brand in the running industry to find an experienced Acquisition Manager to drive customer growth and performance marketing strategies. Are you passionate about digital acquisition, optimising ad performance, and scaling high-impact campaigns ? Do you thrive on data-driven decision-making, audience targeting, and driving measurable growth ? If so, this role is for you! About the Role We’re looking for an Acquisition Manager to lead and execute customer acquisition strategies for a fast-growing retail eCommerce brand. You’ll take ownership of paid media, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven campaigns , working across multiple channels to drive new customer growth and maximise return on investment (ROI). What You’ll Do: Develop & execute high-performing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms . Manage affiliate partnerships to drive conversions and expand brand reach. Track, analyse, and optimise performance , ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maximum ROAS. Identify and test new acquisition opportunities, from referral programs to influencer collaborations. Leverage data & insights to refine audience targeting and improve conversion rates. Collaborate with content & creative teams to align messaging with acquisition goals. Stay ahead of trends , testing new platforms and performance marketing tactics. What You Bring 2+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing (eCommerce experience preferred). Strong expertise in Google Ads, PPC, and affiliate marketing . Analytical mindset , with experience tracking campaign performance and optimising for CAC and ROAS. Knowledge of SEO & organic growth strategies to complement paid acquisition. Hands-on experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and marketing automation tools. Passion for running and deep understanding of the running community.
