Our mission is to position Curtin University at the forefront, delivering cutting-edge digital experiences for our students and staff.If you enjoy technology, transformation, continual innovation, and change, we invite you to join our high performing Digital & Technology Solutions team.We are currently seeking a Digital Identity Product Manager to join our Digital Platforms leadership team.Your new role As the Digital Identity Product Manager , you will be responsible for driving the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of Curtin’s digital identity products. Working within the Digital Platforms team, you will ensure our identity solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.Key responsibilities include: Product Strategy & Leadership: Define, own, and execute the digital identity product vision and roadmap. Identity Management & Innovation: Evaluate and implement new identity technologies to enhance security, user experience, and system integration. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with university leaders, digital teams, and external vendors to align digital identity with strategic goals. Governance & Security: Ensure compliance with identity security best practices, governance policies, and risk management frameworks. Performance & Optimisation: Develop key metrics to measure adoption, usage, and effectiveness of digital identity services. Agile Delivery: Oversee product backlog, user stories, and sprint planning, working with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements. We are looking for someone with: Extensive experience in product management, particularly in digital identity or access management. A strong track record in product strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management. Deep expertise in identity security technologies such as SSO, RBAC, federation, MFA, and platforms like ForgeRock, Azure AD, Okta. The ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive digital transformation. Strong communication skills to influence and align stakeholders. Work Requirements: Full working rights in Australia On-site position, therefore successful candidates must currently be living and/or have confirmed relocation to Perth, WA. Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required.
