Digital Marketing Manager (paid media) Location: Northern Beaches with 2-3 days from WFH Salary: $125k - $135k + super (depending on experience) I am seeking an experienced and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid media channels and lead the customer acquisition strategy for my client. This role is pivotal in driving growth by managing and optimising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid digital channels. Your new role Strategize, implement, and refine paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, including tasks such as keyword strategy, bid management, A/B testing, and performance enhancement to drive traffic and boost conversions. Create and carry out both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to elevate organic rankings, enhance website traffic, and improve user experience. Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed throughout the site. Manage digital marketing budgets for paid channels, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to maximise performance and ROI. Regularly forecast and monitor expenses to stay within budget constraints. Analyse campaign performance data, pinpointing trends and opportunities for improvement through optimised bids, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages. Generate regular reports on the performance of paid channels, SEO rankings, and ROI. Utilise data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance future campaigns. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and modify strategies to maintain a competitive advantage. Work closely with content, creative, and web development teams to ensure the alignment of campaigns and messaging across all channels. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a digital marketing role, with a strong focus on managing paid search, paid social media, and SEO. Demonstrated success in managing high-budget paid campaigns and delivering strong ROI. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. In-depth knowledge of current SEO best practices and the latest paid media trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments. Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimisation.
