This role is a 6 month fixed term maternity leave contract based at Macquarie Park Head office in Sydney, Australia. This role is flexible in terms of being fully remote or having the option to come into our Macquarie office on site. Meet the team: Join the daring and collaborative ANZ Marketing Team at Dexcom as a Digital & Media Associate Manager. Lead direct-to-consumer activities, driving innovative DTC strategies for diabetes portfolio growth. Where you come in: You will lead the development and execution of our brand's DTC strategy, ensuring magnificent multi-channel engagement. Your role will involve spearheading the production of captivating DTC content, partnering with various collaborators to uphold the utmost quality and consistency. You will lead all aspects of the sourcing, utilisation, and management of DTC resources, ensuring strict adherence to our brand standards. You will develop strong and differentiated marketing campaigns by identifying and bringing to bear relevant DTC insights. You will lead the PR & Advocacy Strategy in conjunction with our Communications specialist and Events and PR teams. You will provide professional project management support to ensure the successful implementation of the DTC marketing plan. You will engage with the Marketing team and field force to incorporate valuable feedback and track key performance metrics. You will lead the DTC marketing budget and report on key marketing activities as part of the comprehensive Marketing Plan. You will optimise DTC automation journeys as needed, improving the DTC content strategy. You will support launch plans, monitor new technologies, and participate in competitive activities and focus groups. What makes you successful: You are an experienced marketer with a consistent track record in developing marketing plans that meet financial objectives. You have strong analytical and customer insight skills, confidently navigating both digital tools and traditional touchpoints. Your proficiency in DTC marketing is evident, and you excel in interpreting and translating customer behaviours into strategic actions. You are comfortable with complexity, showcasing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. You bring solid knowledge of digital marketing, including expertise in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tableau. You are adept at working collaboratively with cross-functional partners to optimise the impact of channel plans and campaigns. Your learning agility is outstanding, especially in adopting new digital technologies to improve customer understanding and DTC engagement. You demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and have a genuine passion for the medical devices industry, paying close attention to detail. Your effective communication skills, both verbal and written, make you a compelling presenter and collaborator.
