Location: Sydney Role Type: Full-time, Initial 12 Month contract Due to continued growth we are seeking to appoint a Director into our Small Business Lending team. The Small Business Lending team focuses on deals up to $350,000 and guarantees up to $500,000 with typical business turnovers up to $10m. This role will be critical to driving new business in this sector through helping establish external referral relationships and maximise lending opportunities. ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience in a similar role with another banking organisation. You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of selling SME products and services. Strong credit experience is a must with the ability to quickly determine the strengths of a transaction and mitigating circumstances. You will have excellent deal management experience as well as a well-developed small business customer and sector knowledge. Understanding the factors that impact small businesses and exporters is critical.
