Leading delivery of workplace services, systems and workplace facilities management across multiple NSW sites Expressions of Interest – Temporary Opportunity until September 2025 Parramatta office location Executive TRP relative to experience, and ranges from $231,159 to $255,262 Our Property and Development NSW Division is currently seeking Expressions of Interest to appoint a Director Workplace Services . This role leads the delivery of workplace services and tenancy related facilities management for the department’s managed sites in metropolitan Sydney and regional New South Wales. Additionally, you will lead the workplace systems and data team, and the management and adoption of technology to support efficient and customer focused workplaces, and data driven reporting and decision making. About You We are looking for a proactive leader with demonstrated experience leading a high-performing team to success. Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service and your ability to form effective working relationships with stakeholders will be key in this interesting and varied role. An innovative, agile and solutions focused mindset will be crucial in a constantly evolving environment with competing priorities and the changing use of our workplaces. You will be adept at utilising technology and data to inform decision making and lead to improvements in property and workplace services.
