In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering excellence, compassion, and evidence-based practices to ensure high standards of care for individuals with complex mental health needs within the forensic system. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and community partners to drive continuous improvement and advocate for the well-being of those in your care. Minimum Requirements: To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate, be enrolled in an approved Mental Health course, or hold a qualification in mental health practice.
