The Opportunity Based in Launceston Tas, the Driver Leading Hand will assist the Operation Supervisor in our operations team, providing support to drivers and promoting safety and well-being along with driving a rear lift truck. Driving a rear lift truck Helping with distributing drivers, managing run sheets and work orders Act as the primary contact for truck breakdowns, swiftly resolving issues to minimise downtime Monitoring daily schedules ensuring work has been completed Demonstrate agility in handling unexpected challenges, making on-the-spot decisions to keep operations running smoothly About You HR Licence with experience a must Early morning start time and be available 7 days a week Knowledge around basic fatigue management Excellent communication and basic computer skills Strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team Why join Cleanaway?
