Driver - Leading Hand (Townsville, QLD) $34.63 per hour plus super plus OT (when available) Fulltime permanent role based in Townsville Monday to Friday with 4.45am starts The Opportunity Based at our Bohle depot in Townsville, we are seeking an experienced Leading Hand-Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a broad cross-section of activities to support the day-to-day operations of the Townsville team. In addition to the typical responsibilities of a qualified and experienced HR Driver, you will assist with coordinating drivers, toolbox talks, ensuring the depot runs to schedule, including assisting with relief on runs as required. About You To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead a small team Strong safety mindset with great multi-tasking skills Willingness to take a Pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test Waste industry experience is not essential; however, possessing a good attitude, being reliable, and having a willingness to learn is.
