Leading Hand - HR Driver Permanent Day shift - Full-time position – Mackay, QLD $36.62 per hour + penalties for overtime 5am starts, Monday to Friday. Overtime as required – OT paid at penalty rates Uniforms and PPE provided The Opportunity: Coordinate drivers ensuring pre-start checks are carried out and drivers depart the depot on schedule Operating HR collection vehicles. Side, front lift and Hook truck Maintain a professional image of the company and deliver high quality customer service at all times Perform loading and unloading duties of waste as required Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required Operate user friendly computerized systems and other work-related systems Your skills and experience: Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence as a minimum Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership/teamwork capabilities Computer skills in MS office and operational databases desirable Experience within the waste and/or transport industry Why Cleanaway: Job security – this is a Full-time, permanent role with 0500am starts Ample onsite parking, PPE and uniform provided Australia’s largest waste management company: career, training and development opportunities.
