E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager (1 Year Contract) Location: Sydney, NSW, AU, 2018 Contract Type: Temporary - full-time Description: Drive the e-commerce business with a strong understanding and passion for digital marketing. Execute tactics to grow awareness and saliency, traffic, engagement and conversion to achieve company monthly revenue targets. Collaborate with external agencies to enhance website traffic and boost sales through strategic paid media campaigns, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and other digital marketing initiatives. Collaborate with retailers to ensure integrated partner marketing, merchandising and visibility on sites. Work in conjunction with the marketing team to ensure a 360-degree execution of brand focus and innovations and create client-focused digital communications. Manage digital and print media spend and execution. Responsibilities Sales Forecasting/Budget Control : Sound understanding of sales, sales trends and CRM impacts. Forecast annual sales plan and deliver monthly sales targets for laprairie.com & E-tailers. Develop monthly business plan, including generosity program and samples to support business. Develop and manage department budget for all digital programs, inclusive of media and social campaigns, eCommerce fulfillment, website enhancement. Manage and report on sales and expenditure with monthly review. Digital Marketing: Strategize monthly marketing initiatives and email promotional calendar. Lead and manage our digital marketing programs across SEM, display, native, mobile, paid social and email with an eye to sales goals, new customer acquisition and building our email marketing list. Manage advertising agencies and oversee all digital advertising budgets and strategies. Partner with Global on SEO ongoing optimizations. Analyse weekly digital campaign reports and suggest optimization while maximizing for ROI through performance analysis, customer data analysis, partnerships review. Oversee eCRM Initiatives. Foster strong partnerships with e-retailers. Focus on enhancing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition through innovative and collaborative efforts. Management/Expertise : Partner with Regional and Global teams to ensure best practices and to share incremental content for maximum brand exposure. Provide insights, key learning, trends, competitor activity and recommendations for future initiatives. Review new technologies and keep the brand at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Collaborate on social/influencer content. Website Update and Enhancement Management : Manage all Creative/website briefs for Global Digital, CRM and Creative teams to integrate site features, content, merchandising, email, and marketing. Make recommendations to improve user experience/usability based on key performance metrics. Design incremental local specific marketing plans to ensure success of new product innovations, icons and rituals. Responsible for local website enhancement projects, vendor selection and contractual process in conjunction with the Marketing Director. Support Global in replatforming project. Ecommerce Fulfillment & Customer Service: Communicate with warehouse and customer service to ensure smooth fulfilment process. Responsible for ensuring seamless online client experience. Management and support of E-Commerce Client Concierge. Ensure training and monitoring of client communications, sales targets and robust reporting. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Minimum of 8 years of related experience, preferably in beauty and/or luxury, including management of internal stakeholders and external vendors. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM optimization, paid social campaigns and Demandware, Shopify. Self-reliant, self-motivated, solutions-oriented professional, with proven ability to deliver sales results and creative marketing solutions on time and on budget. Strong multi-tasking, detail-driven, organizational, collaboration & communication skills. Pro-active team player. PIM system knowledge.
