We have an exciting opportunity available for an E-Commerce Content Coordinator to join the Bras N Things Ecomm team. Reporting to the Ecommerce Trading Manager, the Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end implementation of all related online content, across all Bras N Things websites and emails, ensuring the website(s) are accurate and up to date. Your responsibilities will include: Managing all content for online stores including CMS/CLP/product pages Ensuring the integrity and timely execution of all content activity Supporting Retail Store Teams by updating store content pages Building EDM and HTML content to support promo plans Supporting testing and content creation Collaborating closely with customer engagement, UX designers, digital marketing/marketing teams Reviewing and evaluating consumer behaviour Tracking post-campaign analytics What experience do I have? Ideally 1+ year experience working in an ecommerce environment Prior exposure to Magento 2 or similar software Ability to navigate MS packages confidently High attention to detail and multi-tasking ability Confident in communicating and interacting with multiple stakeholders Previous experience working in a customer-focused role What's in it for me?
