We are seeking a skilled EMR Data Migration Analyst to join their team for a critical project.Role Overview: As an EMR Data Migration Analyst, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of data migration solutions between clinical and administrative applications and a new EMR system. You will be responsible for planning, discovering, designing, building, configuring, validating, and deploying data migration solutions within a collaborative team environment.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and assess data migration requirements for various clinical and administrative applications. Plan and design data migration solutions to ensure seamless integration with the new EMR system. Build and configure data migration tools and processes to facilitate effective data transfer. Validate data integrity and accuracy post-migration to ensure compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with team members to manage and prioritize workloads, ensuring timely delivery of migration tasks. Document processes, findings, and solutions to support ongoing system enhancements and training. Qualifications: Proven experience in data migration within healthcare IT systems, particularly EMR applications. Strong understanding of clinical and administrative workflows in healthcare settings. Proficient in data mapping, transformation, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
