Job Description

Environment & Sustainability Consulting (Consulting & Strategy) We are looking for a part-time ESG Lead (3-4 days per week) to oversee and drive Fluidra’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy. This key role will drive compliance with environmental regulations, lead the pursuit of ISO14001 accreditation, and integrate sustainability into the company’s culture, systems, and operations. You will work closely with global teams to strengthen Fluidra’s position as a leader in the ESG sector. Ongoing training, support and development Commitment to wellbeing – Employee Assistance Program & yearly flu shots Good perks such as birthday leave & social events What You Will Be Doing: Environmental Management: Develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with ISO14001 standards. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring ongoing environmental compliance and performance improvement. ESG Strategy & Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to define and execute ESG strategies, objectives, and KPIs. Analyse global and local ESG trends, regulations, and benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in sustainability practices. Reporting & Data Management: Design systems to track and report ESG metrics, including waste, utilities, carbon emissions, and resource efficiency. Ensure all reporting aligns with global ESG standards and supports the drafting of annual reports (e.g., CSRD/EFRAG). Cultural Change & Engagement: Lead initiatives to foster a sustainability-driven culture through training and workshops. Engage and inspire internal and external stakeholders to support ESG goals and advise leadership on aligning business operations with best ESG practices. Global Collaboration: Act as the local ESG liaison with Fluidra’s global team in Spain, ensuring alignment with corporate ESG objectives. Share insights, contribute to global ESG initiatives, and represent Fluidra in external forums and industry groups. What We Are Looking For: Expertise in maintaining ISO14001 accreditation. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, environmental regulations, and best practices. Experience managing carbon footprints using GHG protocol (scopes 1, 2, 3). Skilled in ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting, focusing on waste and utilities. Strong collaboration and influencing skills to drive change. 5+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or environmental management. Experience with ESG reporting, including SDG, TCFD, and index reporting (CDP, DJSI, S&P). Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or related field (preferred).
