Are you an organized and proactive professional with experience in coordinating electrical services? We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Service Coordinator to join our team and help us achieve excellence in service delivery! Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Assist the Service Division Team with coordinating reactive service and preventative maintenance to meet Customer targets. Provide Administrative and service support for the team. Coordinate and schedule electrical service appointments. Manage service orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Collaborate with electricians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions. Follow up on work completion dates and keep clients informed about quotations and timelines. Coordinate all invoicing for projects including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Qualifications & Experience Required: Experience in service coordination within the trade/construction industry (desirable). Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience in scheduling and coordinating trades to achieve targets. Flexible and adaptable to support divisional team.
