Career Advancement opportunities Competitive pay, benefits and PTO Eligible for referral bonuses Thorough orientation program Team oriented environment The CBO Employee Engagement Coordinator provides local support for the Central Business Office (CBO) in Camp Hill, PA. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will focus on positive employee experiences for employee engagement and improve connection to our patients. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will also support the CBO and Human Resources in onboarding and partnering with leadership to help provide an exceptional employee and candidate experience. The focus will include, but is not limited to: onboarding, employee retention, and employee engagement. Responsibilities Assist in implementing leadership ideas to improve employee engagement and retention. Coordinate and compile notes during the new hire mixer, welcome meeting, and other events for new hires. Partner with Human Resources quarterly to review retention rates and present that information to leadership. Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience through onboarding best practices. Partner with HR and the hiring manager to prepare for candidates' first day and orientation. Track CBO openings, maintain floor plan, and employee photo directory. Partner with leadership and department trainers to assist with preparing training materials. Promote an environment that connects with the mission and values of the organization. Organize and execute employee events. Participate in employment events and career fairs. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines Familiarity with social media, including LinkedIn and Facebook Outstanding customer service skills Ability to generate results through influence in a matrix environment Understanding of selection methods and techniques Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to learn how to use an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Must present professionally and positively Active listening and reading comprehension Sound judgment and decision making Complex problem solving and mathematical reasoning Social perceptiveness Oral expression and comprehension Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records and recognize people Speech recognition and auditory attention Additional Data Select Medical strives to provide our employees with a solid work-life balance, as we understand that happy employees have both fulfilling careers and fulfilling lives beyond our doors.
