Fulton Hogan and our joint venture partners JF Hull Holdings Pty Ltd and McIlwain are proud to announce we are delivering the contract for the central package of the Coomera Connector Stage 1 project which will deliver a 6-lane, 8-kilometre section of the project between Helensvale Road and Smith Street Motorway. We are seeking a passionate, committed, and efficient Engineering Administrator who can provide support in an agile and fast-paced environment. In this role you will coordinate project activities to meet goals ahead of schedule. This position requires acute attention to detail and will include activities such as: Scheduling and managing meetings Minute taking and distribution Developing and maintaining registers Consolidation and tracking actions assigned to team members Assisting with project reporting Liaison with various disciplines on the project General administrative tasks You will be a strong team collaborator, with an innate ability to foster effective relationships. You will also have demonstrated experience working in an Engineering or project environment, with strong organisation and communication skills together with well-developed interpersonal skills.
