About You As an English Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy. To excel in this role, you will be able to: demonstrate the ability and qualifications to teach all levels of English create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences support the co-curricula life of the College support the College's educational initiatives and endorse innovation as outlined in our Strategic Plan.
