Are you an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? About the role Gold Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to join our Anaesthetics department on a part-time basis (a rotating roster including AM and PM shifts with an on-call requirement overnight and weekends) to deliver high patient quality care. This is an excellent opportunity to develop versatility in your skill set working within Anaesthetics. As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs Act as a role model for Safe Practice Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy Demonstrate ongoing commitment to professional development Maintain current Registration with AHPRA Have a minimum of 1-year anaesthetic experience Be Med and IV endorsed Show commitment to Quality Patient Care Ensure compliance with ACSQHC National standards Exhibit sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills Possess excellent communication and customer service skills Work well independently and within a team Why Healthscope?
