Technical Enterprise Service Management Specialist – Multiple Locations Are you an experienced ESM specialist looking for your next opportunity? Join a dynamic team responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions that support critical government operations. This role offers a long-term contract with potential extensions and the opportunity to work across multiple locations in Australia. Locations: Canberra, Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement ESM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices. Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance for optimal performance and security. Provide technical support and training to users, ensuring effective change management. Integrate the ESM platform with other enterprise systems and tools for scalability and adaptability. Key Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in ESM or IT service management roles. Proficiency in ESM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Helix, Jira Cloud, or Cherwell. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively.
