About The Role Reporting into the Director of Risk, Value & Trade, this role will see you provide support from diary management and meeting arrangements to travel, expenses, and the preparation of presentations and reports as required. The successful candidate will also provide office management support to our small but mighty Sydney office to deliver on our strategy and help shape our ambition to be a high performance leadership team. Responsibilities Include: Create and manage agendas, team wide PowerPoint packs, time keeping and following up on actions for weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings Collaborate with the EA to the Chief Operating Officer to manage team offsites and onsite events including venue, catering and activities Arrange international and interstate travel, accommodation and itineraries Ensure the Director of Risk, Value and Trade has appropriate recommendations and information prior to any approvals/meetings Liaise with external partners and clients (e.g. sporting bodies, government & regulatory bodies) helping to ensure we’re building stronger relationships Reconcile corporate credit cards and expenses and develop and maintain filing and administrative systems Support Facilities and Workplace Technology teams with Sydney office cleanliness, event set up, general maintenance, and IT requests Maintain kitchen supplies including snacks and drinks Work alongside Workplace Experience Manager in Melbourne to manage access cards for new staff members and visitors Please note, this role must be based in Sydney with our office located on King Street.
