EA – Supporting 2 x General Managers, Strategy Performance See yourself in our team: The Strategy & Performance team is responsible for driving a clear articulation of the Technology strategy, delivering transparency to the business and key stakeholders to promote accountability, and are recognised as a business partner able to identify, and deliver on solutions.The team are experts in performance, strategy, execution, simplification & reporting insights and aim to enable the broader division to focus on the technology & business priorities by removing duplication and providing performance insights to enable optimal performance for the Technology function. Do work that matters This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide executive support to 2 x General Managers within the Strategy Performance team. You will provide proactive and efficient administrative support to ensure their day to day and business is managed smoothly. This will include but not limited to diary management, arranging offsites & town hall meetings, managing expenses as well as diary and inbox commitments. To be effective in this role you will need to exercise initiative, resilience, be able to work autonomously, independently and be proactive in your role. Based in our CommBank Eveleigh office, we offer hybrid working with 50% in-office connection. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Diary & Email Management – Oversee a complex schedule, prioritising commitments and ensuring seamless daily operations Gatekeeping & Communication – Manage correspondence, filter requests, and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Travel Coordination – Arrange detailed domestic and international travel itineraries Meeting management – Prepare agendas, reports, presentations and arrange meeting room bookings Event management – Arranging events/functions/offsites/team building events Stakeholder Management – Act as a trusted liaison between the External and internal/external contacts Establish and maintain strong, effective, strategic and appropriate working relationships within business partners, EAs and other stakeholders Risk management – Provide HR support and assist with recruitment requests, staff exits, onboarding / offboarding, and adhering to the Group’s policies and procedures Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team We're interested in hearing from people who have: Previous experience supporting similar Executives as an Executive Assistant A proactive working style with ability to pre-empt needs and take initiative to get things done Exceptional attention to detail and Superior skills in Microsoft Office suite A high level of discretion and confidentiality Ability to build relationships, is highly personable with excellent communication skills Ability to manage workflow, priorities, work well under pressure and be flexible High level of pragmatic professionalism – face to face, over the phone and through correspondence If this sounds like you, apply now!
