We provide a broad range of family counselling and support, financial wellbeing, domestic and family violence programs, housing, aged care advocacy, AOD, mental health, employment, and community development programs. The office of the General Manager Operations (GM) oversees and is accountable for all aspects of operational service delivery of all CatholicCare NT programs across the NT. About The Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high level executive and administrative support to the General Manager Operations to ensure efficient execution of tasks and responsibilities to achieve business objectives. What We Are Looking For Relevant qualification and experience in a similar role Strong interpersonal and written communications skills including minute taking, drafting documents, undertaking project tasks, report writing and stakeholder engagement.
