As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will provide support to the CEO and extended C-suite at a personal office and blended business environment. This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will manage complex scheduling, coordinate travel, and oversee professional and personal tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations between business and home settings. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with a track record of discretion, resourcefulness, and anticipating needs before they arise. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for scheduling, travel, and personal matters. Coordinate and manage business and personal calendars, ensuring seamless communication with executives, team members, and external contacts. Plan and oversee domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary adjustments. Organize and execute special events, dinners, and corporate gatherings at the CEO’s home and external venues. Handle vendor and contractor relationships, including scheduling and negotiating contracts. Provide strategic administrative support, assisting with email management, business follow-ups, research, and reporting. Oversee personal tasks and household management, including running errands, scheduling maintenance, and assisting extended family members as needed.
