Under the direction of the Chief Information Officer, the Executive Branch Manager will be responsible for: Leading a program of work focused on strategic improvement across ACT Health through the innovative use of ICT applications to transform service delivery. The role is directly responsible for the successful delivery of Health ICT Applications across the Directorate including the DHR. Providing leadership, operational management, strategic advice and guidance across all aspects of the DHR and related systems across the ACT public health system. Developing, implementing, and maintaining an efficient optimisation process to ensure Health ICT Applications are continually optimised. Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Chief Executives of the ACT Health Directorate and Canberra Health Services including their executive leadership teams. Managing vendor relations and engagement relevant to the delivery of Health ICT Applications. Managing and leading a highly diverse and multi-disciplinary team to support the DHR and related systems. Providing high-level strategic and operational advice to the Senior Executive in relation to health ICT application matters. Working across the ACT public health system to ensure that tangible benefits are realised across the ACT public health system. This includes enabling clinical and administrative workflow re-engineering in a co-design manner to ensure the best outcome for the ACT health system and the health and wellbeing of its population. Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $281,899 - $293,175 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $250,582. Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years.
