Job Description

Executive Support Officer - General Manager Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Herston Provide the General Manager - Metro North Mental Health with high-level confidential secretarial and administrative support. This role will manage and coordinate the daily schedule of the General Manager - MNMH, facilitating a customer-focused, high-quality, and efficient service to achieve an optimal level of performance in a demanding executive environment. Liaison is required with a range of high-level key stakeholders within Metro North Mental Health. This role will work alongside the Senior Executive Assistant MNMH to ensure that the support provided to the offices of the General Manager and Executive Director MNMH is coordinated and consistent. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Under the direction of the General Manager, assist with human resource management, leave planning and recruitment. Manage and organise all aspects of the office of the General Manager and provide dynamic administration support to the General Manager. This includes managing the schedule in line with established priorities, coordination and preparation of meetings, minute taking on a senior level, agendas, diary and travel management, correspondence and administrative, financial and purchasing functions as delegated. Assist to coordinate projects and tasks as directed by the General Manager requiring a high level of bespoke problem solving.
