Executive Support Officer, Quality Systems We are excited to offer a permanent full-time role based in Herston for an Executive Support Officer, Quality Systems. This role will provide high-level administrative support for the Quality Managers and Quality Coordinators based at Herston and Coopers Plains. Key responsibilities include generation of statewide reports and documents, minute taking, database management, scheduling of meetings, administrative support for accreditation and surveillance visits, and preparation of high-level correspondence. Undertake other administrative tasks as required including, but not limited to, maintenance of records, data cleansing, data manipulation, data importing and exporting requirements, and contribute to reporting on performance outcomes as required. Coordinate the timely dispatch and tracking of incoming and outgoing executive correspondence by ensuring correspondence is prepared in compliance with corporate requirements, as well as initiation of follow-up actions. Key competencies (role specific criteria) Proven executive support experience and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes. Proven effective oral, typing, and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage complex, sensitive, and confidential information. Knowledge of specialised software including Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and other programs applicable to quality management. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes, and accountabilities with high attention to detail. High level organisational skills and demonstrated initiative. Proven ability to build and develop effective relationships and positively influence team morale. Qualifications Nil A qualification or certification in business, or quality systems is highly desirable. Other Requirements Applicants should note that this position is not eligible for the fringe benefit tax (FBT) exemption cap. Note travel between sites across Brisbane is a requirement for the role, so a C class licence is desirable.
