We’re looking for caring and empathetic support workers to join us acrossPerth Metro , fromButler toGolden Bay !We’re currently building ourRelief Pool of Support Workers, and we need people withongoing flexibility to cover a variety of shifts from early mornings though to evening and we are particularly busy over the Christmas Period.What You’ll Be Doing: Provide personal care to promote clients' health and well-being. Assist with medication administration. Support clients with meal preparation, household chores, and essential daily tasks. Facilitate social access and leisure activities. Tailor care plans to meet individual needs and goals. What You’ll Bring: Minimum 3 years' experience as a support worker supporting high needs complex clients Minimum CERT 3 in Disability support or Individual support A genuine passion for making a positive impact in people’s lives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. AnNDIS Workers Screening Check A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
