This role will lead a team of Territory Managers to achieve growth in all PepsiCo categories by planning, selling, and executing customer and company plans. Build strong customer relationships to secure enhanced execution within their frameworks. Develop your team through effective planning meetings, one-on-one sessions, and coaching days. Build strong relationships with Multi Site Operators (MSOs) to influence inventory and off-location activities, leveraging incentives and category insights. Sell new product developments (NPD) to gain additional allocations. Use scan data to identify opportunities and review activity effectiveness, making data-driven decisions in MSO meetings. Enhance team capability through quality onboarding, effective 1:1s, team meetings, coaching days, and use of tools like Newspage and blueprints. Ensure flawless execution of PMP processes. Maintain and appropriately use all tools of trade, such as vehicles, phones, iPads, and POS. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent execution of Power of One opportunities and engaging MSO contacts for multi-site commitments. Qualifications About you: Understand all elements of the customer supply chain to be able to influence On Shelf Availability. Able to identify in-store sales growth opportunities against key Blueprint objectives and put a plan in place to improve in-store execution. Able to understand, interpret and use category facts in all aspects of customer interaction. Able to have a natural selling conversation with the customer that results in them taking action. Able to plan for and anticipate customer objections and resolve using negotiation techniques in the sales presentation. Able to use retail maths and all available data within a selling situation or conversation with retailer. Able to effectively prioritise workload and manage one’s time to meet business expectations and deadlines. Able to work as part of a team to achieve individual and team goals.
