Job Description Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently. Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Provide training, leadership, and assistance, when required, to other members of the finance team. Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes. Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation and support as required. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance department. The Successful Applicant Our client is seeking a candidate who has experience in Accounts/Finance Officer within a NFP environment. Exposure to both Accounts Receivable and Payable, as well as Payroll is beneficial. Other key competencies include: At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions Exposure to Payroll Function Strong communication and leadership skills, with high attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a team environment What's on Offer What's on offer?
