Role Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Finance & Systems Coordinator - Accounts Payable to join our Finance team on a part-time basis for 28-30 hours per week (4 or 5 days a week - flexible). (WFH option available after successful completion of initial training/probation period) Benefits Supportive and friendly team environment Employee discounts on KORA Organics skincare products Enjoy a day off on your birthday Additional leave days between Christmas and New Year Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Full end-to-end Accounts Payable function Process invoices and expense claims for approval and payment Manage coding of invoices and vendor creation/maintenance Ensure timely payments while maintaining positive vendor relationships Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies, incl. intercompany Maintain organised accounts payable records and ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures Assist with month-end/year-end processes Perform data validation against budgets/forecasts and action discrepancies Review open purchase orders, reconcile and close off in system, in conjunction with PO requesters Maintain foreign exchange rates in ERP system Perform e-Commerce Gift card reconciliations Ad-hoc requests/projects based on business requirements Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of financial procedures and processes Accounts Receivable & Payroll Leave Cover Maintain cross-skill training in Accounts Receivable and Payroll Assist with Accounts Receivable refunds Provide leave cover for Accounts Receivable function and Payroll in conjunction with Finance Manager Key Core Competencies Bookkeeping/Accounting Diploma and relevant demonstrated experience in a similar role At least 5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting/Bookkeeping and working with foreign currencies Solid accounting/bookkeeping background and understanding of GAAP At least 5 years’ experience using ERP systems Strong computer and numerical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft 365 Suite with intermediate Excel skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive positive attitude towards problem-solving and the ability to work in a team as well as independently Professional, reliable, able to thrive under pressure with the ability to remain calm How to apply If you are enthusiastic about natural beauty, sustainability and making a positive impact, we’d love to have you join us!
