Job Description
Financial Services Officer What's the opportunity? We are looking for a Financial Services Officer to join our Operations Team. The Financial Services Officer acts as a subject matter expert on term deposits, with the scope of gaining exposure to retirement savings accounts.This is a part-time role working four days a week. The required days of work are Mondays and Fridays. Our team of Financial Services Officers is responsible for processing and assisting in the administration of Qudos Bank’s fixed term deposit and Retirement Savings accounts. You will ensure accuracy exists and provide members with the correct information relating to Qudos Bank Term Deposits and Retirement Savings accounts. Key duties and responsibilities: Act upon members requests related to fixed term deposits Process the administration of the Term Deposits Assist our members with Term Deposit enquiries Completion of the daily Investments work requirements What you will bring: High level of customer service and attention to detail The ability to problem solve A solid understanding of banking processes RG146 preferred but not essential.
