We currently have opportunities for experienced Cleaners and Food Service Assistants. About the roles: Food Services You will be responsible for preparation and delivery of high quality nutritious meals to residents whilst ensuring a high standard of food safety is maintained. Specific responsibilities will include: Preparation, presentation and serving of high quality food to residents in accordance with food safety legislation Ensuring compliance with the food safety plan at all times Ensuring the kitchen area and equipment is cleaned and maintained to an appropriate standard Developing and maintaining key relationships with residents, staff and facility management Cleaning To provide cleaning and housekeeping services, ensuring residents receive efficient and effective services, with all requirements met in accordance with relevant policies, procedures and regulatory standards. The cleaning and housekeeping laundry services will be recognised as efficient and compliant in meeting infection prevention control, OH& S and accreditation standard requirements About you: Previous experience in similar roles working in the Aged Care sector is preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team Strong work ethic with a positive, caring and engaging approach to people High degree of reliability, personal accountability & diligent approach to safety & quality in every aspect of work Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people What we will do for you: Working in a trusted and values based organisation focused on quality and growth Working with an engaged and dedicated team of employees Ongoing learning and development opportunities If you are ready for the next step in your career where you are empowered to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents we would love to hear from you.
