About the Role: As a Forecasting and Optimisation Manager at Aruma, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality workforce planning, forecasting, and analysis. Your expertise will help the organisation maintain optimal staffing levels to provide sustainable services to our customers. A Day in the Life of a Forecasting and Optimisation Manager… Lead workforce planning methodologies and analytics to optimise direct labour costs. Conduct data analysis, forecast modelling, and benefits planning for strategic projects. Perform historical seasonal analysis and scenario-based analysis to support future projects. Develop subject matter expertise and embed best practices in workforce management across all business lines. Collaborate with Operational Teams, Enterprise Insights, Finance, and other shared services to align planning and optimisation with business goals and targets. What You Need to be Successful in this Role… Strong background in data analysis, forecast modelling, and resource planning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to develop and implement best practices in workforce management. Proficiency in workforce management software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
