The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Professional to join our dynamic team in Burleigh Heads Qld. What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will bring: Freight Forwarding Expertise : Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding (air and sea, import and export). CargoWise Knowledge : Proficiency with the CargoWise operating system. Strong Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a professional presentation style. Autonomy & Initiative : The ability to work independently and take proactive action. Relationship Management : A customer-focused mindset with sound interpersonal skills to manage relationships with overseas agents, offices, and local service providers. Tech Savvy : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Local Presence : Must currently reside in Melbourne, Victoria, with a valid driver’s license. Work Eligibility : Australian citizenship or a valid permanent Australian working visa. Your Role Includes: Managing air and sea import/export routings. Building and maintaining customer relationships. Communicating effectively with overseas agents and local service providers. Why Join Us?
